• 1 Prenatal Meeting to plan for the type of support your family needs

• In Home Support including:

• Newborn care (feeding, changing, minding baby while you sleep or shower), light housework (ex: dishes, laundry, tidying common areas or nursery), meal preparation (ex: cooking a meal to have in the moment with leftovers, making freezer meals, making snacks), feeding support (providing resources and reassurance with breastfeeding or formula feeding and knowing when to refer to a lactation consultant) education (providing resources to answer any questions you may have, hands on demos for newborn care) and providing a listening ear!

• Text Support from the time you give birth until the end of our contract

Fees: $27/hour
